2 years old!

Two years ago today I gazed into the eyes of my sweet baby boy for the first time.  On that day I was completely exhausted, and was happier than I ever had been in my life.  Not much has changed. :)  I often tell Ryley that he is my life, and that Logan is my purpose.  I love this little boy so much, and thank  my Father in Heaven every day for this sweet little gift.

My big 2 year old!!!

Anyway, we had a jam-packed day of sugar filled fun!  Here are some pictures....

As soon as Logan opened up this gift from Chad and Chelsey he insisted on putting the jammies on right away.  The cool truck you see sitting next to him drives to you when you shout it's name, and it just cracks me up to hear Logan shouting at the top of his lungs, "Come here, Chuck Truck!  Come here!"  and then making lots of kissing noises.... which he also does to us whenever he wants us to go somewhere... :)

Logan on the awesome playhouse/slide that his Grandma and Grandpa Beckwith gave him!

Logan gets so excited when "Chuck Truck" actually comes....

Sweetest face.  Ever.

One Logan request for the day was balloons.  So, we headed to Zurchers, and picked up 10 of them.... He thought it was pretty funny watching Mommy try to drive home with all 10 helium balloons floating around the car.

Another Logan request was the train... which we are on at least twice a week.  We can hear it from our house, so he never forgets.  It was freezing, but he was happy.  After the train, Logan asked for "dip its (chicken nuggets with bbq sauce), french fries, and chocolate milk."  He's a man who knows what he wants.

Logan's "Little Monster" Party.  We had a wonderful party with friends while Daddy was at clinicals.  Thanks to everyone who came, and for your wonderful gifts!

This is a video of Logan opening his present from Grandma and Grandpa Poulsen... He hasn't gotten off the horse once since opening it, and has learned how to race across the room forwards and backwards on it.    He also has started neighing, click clacking, and singing the horse-riding song (you know.. dun dud a lun dud a lun dun dun..... ?)   He is also very fascinated with the horse's hair... :)  Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!!!  Logan was in a horrible mood before he opened it (too much sugar and not enough sleep...) and know he is racing across the room on his horse yelling "wee hee heeee!"

The second video is of Logan blowing out his candles.... I was slightly angry at Ryley because he had the camera on me at first.... and Logan was so stinking funny.... he started huffing and puffing when I still was across the room.  So, you all just have to imagine it. ;)
