April

Our last April here in this beautiful state of Maine was wonderful, cold and full of adventures!
Our adventure to the big apple will have its own post. :)

This little lady loves my makeup, and is part monkey, so never fails at finding it.

One of the things I will miss in Maine... Otto's mashed potato bacon pizza.

Red's finally opened!!

Little makeup thief.

The kiddos were not super excited about our April Fool's dessert.  A good mom would have had real brownies hiding somewhere.  Ha!

Snip its haircuts!

This big girl doesn't fall asleep on me very often anymore, so I had to document it.

Meet "Mr.Hand."  There are regular, daily arguments over whether Mr. Hand can come into dinner or not.  This funny girl has the best imagination and rarely plays with her toys....but I always find her with stick, rock, or noodle families in her dollhouse. )

Evy "helping" me roll out pizza dough.  Every time she sees me near the kitchen counter, she shouts, "Help mom!" and starts dragging a chair over to do just that.

This girl loves her "Buh-buh" so much!

She also loves his candy. :)

Our first little crocuses poking out of the ground!

Happy, swinging lady.

Peanut Butter ad Jelly on our walk!

Beach buddies!

Hooray, hooray for Reds!

The kids wanted to ride bikes... I got out Evy's little strider, she took one look at Logan and Mia's helmets and demanded a "Baby Hat" until I went and found Ryley's helmet for her to wear.

Ward Easter Egg Hunt!

Evy was so excited about dyeing eggs!

Easter Sunday on the beach!

March

March was cold, went by super quickly, and here are some pictures of it.

Official moving announcement

Mia makes these random little shrines all over our house/yard.  Jury is still out as to why.

Evy always needs to match her Mia!

Tricky little man can now officially beat his parents at board games.

Someone found mommy's makeup while mommy was distracted with game night.

She was so proud!!

If I have enough books in the house, Logan will read from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed.  I have to go to the library every other day to keep up with this kid, and it makes me so happy.  Sometimes he will say, "Mom, I can hardly breathe with all the excitement in this book!"

Preschool!  Eventually all that flour/oil stuff ended up in every room of my house.  And then clogged my vacuum.

Ry had an Emergency Medicine conference at the Sugarloaf resort, so of course we tagged along...

and hung out in hot tubs in -15 degree weather.

Ryley got two free ski passes, and didn't want them to go to waste.  So, in weather that was -40 degrees with the wind chill, this man made his way down the mountain.  On a black diamond.  On skis for the first time. And ended up with frostbite on the tip of his nose and ears.  Luckily, he was smart enough to come inside after that one run, and his cute nose and ears are back to normal, after a week or so of redness and peeling.  Love my wonderful, funny, adventurous and up for anything guy!
