Updates...

Sorry its been so long! Logan is almost 12 weeks old, weighs 13 lbs, and is 24.5 inches long. He now lifts his head and chest off the ground like a champ and smiles all the time. :) He just had his shots, and his sleeping schedule has gone crazy again, which makes getting to class interesting. We had a great holiday season with both families and are now back to missing them all like crazy. Now that classes have started, life is crazier then it has ever been! But, its also better then it has ever been. Sorry this is so short; I'm currently typing with my left hand because there is a little man occupying my right arm.

The Adventures of Logan...

Logan is now 7 weeks old! He's growing up so fast. He now smiles at us when we come into the room, and has started practicing his conversational skills. :) He's getting so chubby, and holds his head up like a champ. Ry's in the middle of finals, and Logan and I are in the middle of Christmas preparations! :) We are so excited for this weekend when all of our family will be down for Logie's blessing! Yeah Christmas!

Thanksgiving and 5 weeks old...

Happy Holidays! We spent Thanksgiving in Ely with my crazy family, and had a blast! The food was great, and it was so nice to have extra help with Logan! Logan loves being the center of attention, and the bigger the audience, the better. He doesn't seem to be too happy about being back at home with only Ryley and me. :) We had some car troubles on the way to Ely, but made it home safe and sound. Logan's getting bigger every day...today when he woke up he smiled at me every time I talked to him. I love his sweet smiles! He also slept for 8 hours straight last night. Yeah! Logan also got to meet some of his great granparents this past week. He loved being with family. We got our annual Christmas tree whlile in Ely, and the decorations will go up as soon as Logan will allow them too.. :) The family

Three Weeks Old!

Our little man is growing up so fast! He's only 3 weeks old and we have already had to change the car seat to a larger setting and buy larger diapers... maybe I'm feeding him too much? :)

Two Weeks Old!

Logan is officially two weeks today! I knew that he had gotten bigger, and at his appointment today we found out that he has in fact grown an inch and gained 12 oz! Our little guy is now 21 inches long and 8lbs 2oz. The doctor called him tall and lean. :) Everyone also kept commenting on how alert and bright eyed he is...wondering how that fact will affect our future and my sanity... Ry's parents came this weekend to meet the little guy, and we had fun spending time with them, Ashlee, Kayla, and Aaron. We ate an amazing Harvest Dinner together, and discovered that Logan loves crowds, as he always seems to be the most sweet tempered baby when people are around. This week we also took Logan for his first stroller walk (which he absolutely loved), and gave him his first bath, which he wasn't too sure about, as you will see in the videos below. :) The last picture is what happens when Logan is in a semi-conscious state..I need to remember to have the camera nearby more often when he's in la la land so I can capture more silly grins... The other day during tummy time Logan was lifting his head up like a champ, and pretending to crawl so I decided to turn our camera on. As soon as I pushed record, he promptly turned into a little slug, but I posted the video anyway. Naughty kid. I'll try again later. After such an exciting weekend and the traumatic doctor's visit today, I have decided that we are just going to lay in bed and snuggle tomorrow. :) More pics will come soon....
